Let's find your dream home

"Kathryn took the stress out of buying and selling! She listened to our needs, was patient, responsive, she made herself available and took time to explain things - she went above and beyond in so many ways. She thinks about all the little details. We have small children and she did so much to be there

for us every step of the way. "

"Kathryn K Goral, was professional and considerate, relevant to our objectives. She used clear illustrations and we understood every step. I decided to retire for personal family reasons and my wife and I wanted to relocate to Colorado. We had owned our condo approximately a year and three months. The property estimated appraisal would not cover its sale, without a loss. Kathryn found the right buyer and we sold our home for a slight gain. We are now on the road to Colorado.

We are thankful. "

"Kathryn helped my wife and me find a great home. She really takes the time to figure out what you’re looking for, and helps you find the right home that matches your budget. We were amazed about how quick she was to answer all our questions, and always with a caring attitude. She is also very knowledgeable about things to look out for, and keeps on top of trends so she knows what will make an attractive offer. Although finding a new home can be stressful, she makes the process as enjoyable as it can be. "

"We wanted to take this opportunity to share our home buying experience with Kathryn Goral. We started as inexperienced as could be; however, with Kathryn’s superior knowledge of finding excellent properties to visit, knowing what home quality details (e.g. roof, landscaping, structural integrity) to focus on, and the process of formulating a winning offer definitely overcame any challenges we faced. We started our home buying process immediately with Kathryn after our initial meeting. Her patience, respect for our wish list, and her honesty helped reduce our worries and anxieties about the whole process. With her help we found the home of our dreams in less than a month! Thanks Again Kathryn!!!

Sincerely, New Homeowners Chad and Erin

"Kathryn has an innate understanding of how her buyer/seller wants to be represented and will quickly adapt to accommodate those needs. I worked with Kathryn for both the sale of my current home and the purchase of a new home and found her to be a valuable resource throughout both transactions. She knows the market and was able to offer helpful advice and guidance. She was responsive, made herself available, and is very detail-oriented with regards to the extensive paperwork involved in real estate proceedings. It truly was a weight off my shoulders knowing that Kathryn was with me every step of the way and taking care of the many details to get through to a successful sale/purchase."

"Kathryn has now been our realtor for the buying and selling of our home thanks to the wild plans life has thrown at us.

We knew nothing about buying or selling before beginning this process, but Kathryn was there every step of the way to answer our questions. She helped us find our dream home and recently sell it so that we could move cross country. It was such an easy process because she helped every step of the way.

Some things we loved:
- Communication. Easy to always ask questions back and forth! And we never felt like a bother.
- Great for first-time buyers and sellers. She really helped us feel comfortable because we honestly had no idea what we were doing when it came to buying or selling.
- Very thorough. Buying and selling can be an overwhelming process but Kathryn broke everything down into easy steps throughout the journey. She helped us with lists, advice on what to look for, and more.
- Just great to work with all around. As we got our home ready to sell, we had a lot of maintenance/painters/etc. coming through and they all loved how responsive, easy, and thorough Kathryn was too.

There’s no way we could have done this without her. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell and especially first time homebuyers and sellers because you really do want someone who makes you feel comfortable in this process."
